Submitter rationale: This sequence change replaces glutamine, which is neutral and polar, with arginine, which is basic and polar, at codon 118 of the MAGT1 protein (p.Gln118Arg). This variant is present in population databases (no rsID available, gnomAD 0.001%), including at least one homozygous and/or hemizygous individual.
