NM_001148.6(ANK2):c.9110A>G (p.Lys3037Arg) was classified as Uncertain significance for Cardiovascular phenotype by Ambry Genetics, citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.K3037R variant (also known as c.9110A>G), located in coding exon 38 of the ANK2 gene, results from an A to G substitution at nucleotide position 9110. The lysine at codon 3037 is replaced by arginine, an amino acid with highly similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be tolerated by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
