Uncertain significance for Cardiovascular phenotype — the classification assigned by Ambry Genetics to NM_000384.3(APOB):c.7990G>C (p.Asp2664His), citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.D2664H variant (also known as c.7990G>C), located in coding exon 26 of the APOB gene, results from a G to C substitution at nucleotide position 7990. The aspartic acid at codon 2664 is replaced by histidine, an amino acid with similar properties. This amino acid position is highly conserved in available vertebrate species. In addition, the in silico prediction for this alteration is inconclusive. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
