NM_001085049.3(MRAS):c.313C>G (p.Arg105Gly) was classified as Uncertain significance for Inborn genetic diseases by Ambry Genetics, citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.R105G variant (also known as c.313C>G), located in coding exon 2 of the MRAS gene, results from a C to G substitution at nucleotide position 313. The arginine at codon 105 is replaced by glycine, an amino acid with dissimilar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be deleterious by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
