Likely Pathogenic for Juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma — the classification assigned by Seattle Children's Hospital Molecular Genetics Laboratory, Seattle Children's Hospital to NM_001904.4(CTNNB1):c.88_111del (p.Tyr30_Ser37del), citing ACMG Guidelines, 2015: The p.Tyr30_Ser37del variant results in the in-frame deletion of 8 amino acids in exon 3 of CTNNB1. To the best of our knowledge, this is a novel variant. However, other in-frame deletions and missense variants affecting these amino acids have been reported in multiple individuals with juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma (JNA, PMID: 11238055).
