Uncertain significance for Primary ciliary dyskinesia — the classification assigned by Ambry Genetics to NM_018076.5(ODAD2):c.937G>A (p.Gly313Arg), citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.G313R variant (also known as c.937G>A) is located in coding exon 7 of the ARMC4 gene. The glycine at codon 313 is replaced by arginine, an amino acid with dissimilar properties. This change occurs in the first base pair of coding exon 7. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be tolerated by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
