NM_001148.6(ANK2):c.10052A>C (p.Lys3351Thr) was classified as Uncertain significance for Cardiovascular phenotype by Ambry Genetics, citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.K3351T variant (also known as c.10052A>C), located in coding exon 38 of the ANK2 gene, results from an A to C substitution at nucleotide position 10052. The lysine at codon 3351 is replaced by threonine, an amino acid with similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, the in silico prediction for this alteration is inconclusive. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
