Pathogenic for Congenital adrenal hyperplasia due to cytochrome P450 oxidoreductase deficiency — the classification assigned by Labcorp Genetics (formerly Invitae), Labcorp to NC_000007.13:g.(?_75608749)_(75610510_?)del, citing Invitae Variant Classification Sherloc (09022015): This variant is a gross deletion of the genomic region encompassing exon(s) 4-6 of the POR gene. This deletion is out-of-frame, and is expected to create a premature termination codon and result in an absent or disrupted protein product. Loss-of-function variants in POR are known to be pathogenic (PMID: 14758361, 20732302, 21741353). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with POR-related conditions. For these reasons, this variant has been classified as Pathogenic.
