Pathogenic for Primary ciliary dyskinesia — the classification assigned by Labcorp Genetics (formerly Invitae), Labcorp to NC_000007.13:g.(?_21598400)_(21751498_?)del, citing Invitae Variant Classification Sherloc (09022015): This variant is a gross deletion of the genomic region encompassing exon(s) 3-42 of the DNAH11 gene. This deletion is out-of-frame, and is expected to create a premature termination codon and result in an absent or disrupted protein product. Loss-of-function variants in DNAH11 are known to be pathogenic (PMID: 18022865, 20513915, 22184204). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with DNAH11-related conditions. For these reasons, this variant has been classified as Pathogenic.
