Pathogenic for Primary ciliary dyskinesia — the classification assigned by Labcorp Genetics (formerly Invitae), Labcorp to NC_000007.13:g.(?_21582864)_(21584787_?)del, citing Invitae Variant Classification Sherloc (09022015): This variant is a gross deletion of the genomic region encompassing exon(s) 1-2 of the DNAH11 gene, which includes the initiator codon. This deletion extends beyond the assayed region for this gene and therefore may encompass additional genes. It is expected to result in an absent or disrupted protein product. Loss-of-function variants in DNAH11 are known to be pathogenic (PMID: 18022865, 20513915, 22184204). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with DNAH11-related conditions. For these reasons, this variant has been classified as Pathogenic.
