Pathogenic — the classification assigned by Labcorp Genetics (formerly Invitae), Labcorp to NC_000010.10:g.(?_77795746)_(77818561_?)del, citing Invitae Variant Classification Sherloc (09022015): This variant is a gross deletion of the genomic region encompassing exon(s) 2-4 of the C10orf11 gene. This deletion is out-of-frame, and is expected to create a premature termination codon and result in an absent or disrupted protein product. Loss-of-function variants in C10orf11 are known to be pathogenic (PMID: 23395477, 29345414). For these reasons, this variant has been classified as Pathogenic. This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with C10orf11-related conditions.
