Uncertain significance for Cardiovascular phenotype; Hereditary cancer-predisposing syndrome — the classification assigned by Ambry Genetics to NM_006767.4(LZTR1):c.155A>G (p.His52Arg), citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.H52R variant (also known as c.155A>G), located in coding exon 1 of the LZTR1 gene, results from an A to G substitution at nucleotide position 155. The histidine at codon 52 is replaced by arginine, an amino acid with highly similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, the in silico prediction for this alteration is inconclusive. Since supporting evidence is limited at this time, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
