NM_016306.6(DNAJB11):c.266dup (p.Tyr89Ter) was classified as Likely pathogenic for Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease by Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Fujian Provincial Hospital: We identified a Chinese male patient with the clinical phenotype of multiple renal small cysts and liver cysts, who was considered to have polycystic kidney disease and polycystic liver disease. Genetic testing suggested that this patient carried a heterozygous mutation c.266dupA (p.Tyr89Ter) in Exon3 of DNAJB11 (NM_016306) gene, which was consistent with suspected pathogenicity (PVS1:Null variant in a gene where loss of function is a known mechanism of disease; PM2:Absent from controls in Exome Sequencing Project, 1000 Genomes or ExAC ;) according to ACMG score.
