Uncertain significance for Primary ciliary dyskinesia — the classification assigned by Ambry Genetics to NM_018076.5(ODAD2):c.2389G>A (p.Gly797Ser), citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.G797S variant (also known as c.2389G>A), located in coding exon 15 of the ARMC4 gene, results from a G to A substitution at nucleotide position 2389. The glycine at codon 797 is replaced by serine, an amino acid with similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be tolerated by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
