NM_001184.4(ATR):c.7154G>A (p.Gly2385Asp) was classified as Uncertain significance for Inborn genetic diseases by Ambry Genetics, citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.G2385D variant (also known as c.7154G>A), located in coding exon 42 of the ATR gene, results from a G to A substitution at nucleotide position 7154. The glycine at codon 2385 is replaced by aspartic acid, an amino acid with similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be deleterious by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
