The variant allele was found at a frequency of 2.7e-05 (i.e. in 39 heterozygotes) in 1,455,992 control chromosomes (gnomAD v4). To our knowledge, no occurrence of c.1469C>A in individuals affected with Platelet-Type Bleeding Disorder 11 and no experimental evidence demonstrating its impact on protein function have been reported.
