NM_000384.3(APOB):c.1152G>C (p.Gln384His) was classified as Uncertain significance for Cardiovascular phenotype by Ambry Genetics, citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.Q384H variant (also known as c.1152G>C), located in coding exon 10 of the APOB gene, results from a G to C substitution at nucleotide position 1152. The glutamine at codon 384 is replaced by histidine, an amino acid with highly similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, the in silico prediction for this alteration is inconclusive. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
