NM_080424.4(SP110):c.299del (p.Tyr100fs) was classified as Pathogenic for Hepatic veno-occlusive disease-immunodeficiency syndrome by Labcorp Genetics (formerly Invitae), Labcorp, citing Invitae Variant Classification Sherloc (09022015): For these reasons, this variant has been classified as Pathogenic. This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with SP110-related conditions. This variant is not present in population databases (gnomAD no frequency). This sequence change creates a premature translational stop signal (p.Tyr100Serfs*28) in the SP110 gene. It is expected to result in an absent or disrupted protein product. Loss-of-function variants in SP110 are known to be pathogenic (PMID: 16648851, 22621957).
