NM_001277115.2(DNAH11):c.4519C>T (p.Leu1507Phe) was classified as Uncertain significance for Primary ciliary dyskinesia by Ambry Genetics, citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.L1507F variant (also known as c.4519C>T), located in coding exon 26 of the DNAH11 gene, results from a C to T substitution at nucleotide position 4519. The leucine at codon 1507 is replaced by phenylalanine, an amino acid with highly similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be tolerated by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
