Submitter rationale: This sequence change replaces arginine, which is basic and polar, with glycine, which is neutral and non-polar, at codon 420 of the CBL protein (p.Arg420Gly). This variant is not present in population databases (gnomAD no frequency). This missense change has been observed in individual(s) with clinical features of CBL-related conditions (PMID: 19276253, 23823657).
