Pathogenic for Primary ciliary dyskinesia — the classification assigned by Labcorp Genetics (formerly Invitae), Labcorp to NM_001277115.2(DNAH11):c.9436G>T (p.Glu3146Ter), citing Invitae Variant Classification Sherloc (09022015): This sequence change creates a premature translational stop signal (p.Glu3146*) in the DNAH11 gene. It is expected to result in an absent or disrupted protein product. Loss-of-function variants in DNAH11 are known to be pathogenic (PMID: 18022865, 20513915, 22184204). This variant is not present in population databases (gnomAD no frequency). This premature translational stop signal has been observed in individual(s) with primary ciliary dyskinesia (PMID: 24450482). For these reasons, this variant has been classified as Pathogenic.
