Pathogenic for Clinodactyly of the 5th finger; Severe failure to thrive; Relative macrocephaly; Neonatal hypoglycemia; Small for gestational age; Penile hypospadias; Death in infancy; Russell-Silver syndrome — the classification assigned by Genetics Section, Pontificia Universidad Catolica De Chile to GRCh37/hg19 11p15.5-15.4(chr11:230615-8821443)x3, citing ACMG/ClinGen CNV Guidelines, 2019. This is a single-copy gain (three copies) of the chr11:230615-8821443 region (~8.59 Mb) on cytogenetic band 11p15.5-15.4. Submitter rationale: In this patient, a terminal duplication of 8.59 Mb on 11p15 and a terminal deletion of 2.98 Mb on 11q25 were identified.(arr[hg19] 11p15.5p15.4(230,615-8,821,443)x3, 11q25(131,952,484-134,938,470)x1) The mother is a carrier of a pericentric inversion of chromosome 11, confirmed by subtelomeric FISH.
