Uncertain significance — the classification assigned by Ambry Genetics to NM_006506.5(RASA2):c.93T>G (p.Ser31Arg), citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.S31R variant (also known as c.93T>G), located in coding exon 1 of the RASA2 gene, results from a T to G substitution at nucleotide position 93. The serine at codon 31 is replaced by arginine, an amino acid with dissimilar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, the in silico prediction for this alteration is inconclusive. Since supporting evidence is limited at this time, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
