NM_001277115.2(DNAH11):c.13054A>T (p.Asn4352Tyr) was classified as Uncertain significance for Primary ciliary dyskinesia by Ambry Genetics, citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.N4352Y variant (also known as c.13054A>T), located in coding exon 80 of the DNAH11 gene, results from an A to T substitution at nucleotide position 13054. The asparagine at codon 4352 is replaced by tyrosine, an amino acid with dissimilar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be tolerated by in silico analysis. Since supporting evidence is limited at this time, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
