Pathogenic for X-linked acrogigantism due to Xq26 microduplication — the classification assigned by Lupski Lab, Baylor-Hopkins CMG, Baylor College of Medicine to Single allele, citing Beckers et al. (Endocr Relat Cancer. 2015): XLAG is a newly described condition, which is rare and the phenotype is incompletely characterized, particularly in terms of clinical responses to treatment.
