Pathogenic for Kabuki syndrome 2 — the classification assigned by Labcorp Genetics (formerly Invitae), Labcorp to NC_000023.10:g.(?_44820509)_(44896954_?)del, citing Invitae Variant Classification Sherloc (09022015): For these reasons, this variant has been classified as Pathogenic. Experimental studies and prediction algorithms are not available or were not evaluated, and the functional significance of this variant is currently unknown. A similar copy number variant has been observed in individual(s) with Kabuki syndrome (Invitae). In at least one individual the variant was observed to be de novo. This variant is a gross deletion of the genomic region encompassing exon(s) 3-8 of the KDM6A gene. This variant would be expected to be in-frame, preserving the integrity of the reading frame.
