Pathogenic for Pyridoxal phosphate-responsive seizures — the classification assigned by Labcorp Genetics (formerly Invitae), Labcorp to NC_000017.10:g.(?_46019042)_(46024148_?)del, citing Invitae Variant Classification Sherloc (09022015): For these reasons, this variant has been classified as Pathogenic. This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with PNPO-related conditions. A gross deletion of the genomic region encompassing the full coding sequence of the PNPO gene has been identified. Loss-of-function variants in PNPO are known to be pathogenic (PMID: 15772097, 24645144). The boundaries of this event are unknown as they extend beyond the assayed region for this gene and therefore may encompass additional genes.
