Uncertain significance for Hereditary pancreatitis — the classification assigned by Ambry Genetics to NM_007272.3(CTRC):c.95G>A (p.Gly32Glu), citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.G32E variant (also known as c.95G>A), located in coding exon 2 of the CTRC gene, results from a G to A substitution at nucleotide position 95. The glycine at codon 32 is replaced by glutamic acid, an amino acid with similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be deleterious by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
