Submitter rationale: The c.62309-2_62314delAGAGGCAC variant results from a deletion of 8 nucleotides between positions c.62309-2 and c.62314 and involves the canonical splice acceptor site before coding exon 162 of the TTN gene. This exon is located in the A-band region of the N2-B isoform of the titin protein and is constitutively expressed in TTN transcripts (percent spliced in or PSI 100%).
