Uncertain significance for Primary ciliary dyskinesia — the classification assigned by Ambry Genetics to NM_001277115.2(DNAH11):c.10328A>G (p.Gln3443Arg), citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.Q3443R variant (also known as c.10328A>G), located in coding exon 63 of the DNAH11 gene, results from an A to G substitution at nucleotide position 10328. The glutamine at codon 3443 is replaced by arginine, an amino acid with highly similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be tolerated by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
