This variant disrupts the p.Thr75 amino acid residue in KCNJ2. Other variant(s) that disrupt this residue have been determined to be pathogenic (PMID: 12796536, 15911703, 16217063, 16571646, 17582433, 24861851). This suggests that this residue is clinically significant, and that variants that disrupt this residue are likely to be disease-causing.
