Pathogenic — the classification assigned by Labcorp Genetics (formerly Invitae), Labcorp to NM_001098671.2(RASGRP2):c.270dup (p.Asp91Ter), citing Invitae Variant Classification Sherloc (09022015): For these reasons, this variant has been classified as Pathogenic. This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with RASGRP2-related conditions. This variant is not present in population databases (gnomAD no frequency). This sequence change creates a premature translational stop signal (p.Asp91*) in the RASGRP2 gene. It is expected to result in an absent or disrupted protein product. Loss-of-function variants in RASGRP2 are known to be pathogenic (PMID: 27235135, 27663674).
