Uncertain significance for Inborn genetic diseases — the classification assigned by Ambry Genetics to NM_024426.6(WT1):c.1087A>T (p.Thr363Ser), citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.T358S variant (also known as c.1072A>T), located in coding exon 6 of the WT1 gene, results from an A to T substitution at nucleotide position 1072. The threonine at codon 358 is replaced by serine, an amino acid with similar properties. This amino acid position is highly conserved in available vertebrate species. In addition, the in silico prediction for this alteration is inconclusive. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
