NM_000719.7(CACNA1C):c.2409G>T (p.Lys803Asn) was classified as Uncertain significance for Cardiovascular phenotype by Ambry Genetics, citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.K803N variant (also known as c.2409G>T), located in coding exon 17 of the CACNA1C gene, results from a G to T substitution at nucleotide position 2409. The lysine at codon 803 is replaced by asparagine, an amino acid with similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, the in silico prediction for this alteration is inconclusive. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
