NM_020297.4(ABCC9):c.2474C>A (p.Ala825Glu) was classified as Uncertain significance for Cardiovascular phenotype by Ambry Genetics, citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.A825E variant (also known as c.2474C>A), located in coding exon 20 of the ABCC9 gene, results from a C to A substitution at nucleotide position 2474. The alanine at codon 825 is replaced by glutamic acid, an amino acid with dissimilar properties. This amino acid position is highly conserved in available vertebrate species. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be deleterious by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
