Uncertain significance for Primary ciliary dyskinesia — the classification assigned by Ambry Genetics to NM_181426.2(CCDC39):c.2414A>C (p.Lys805Thr), citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.K805T variant (also known as c.2414A>C), located in coding exon 18 of the CCDC39 gene, results from an A to C substitution at nucleotide position 2414. The lysine at codon 805 is replaced by threonine, an amino acid with similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, the in silico prediction for this alteration is inconclusive. Since supporting evidence is limited at this time, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
