NM_001367624.2(ZNF469):c.920A>G (p.His307Arg) was classified as Uncertain significance for Cardiovascular phenotype by Ambry Genetics, citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.H307R variant (also known as c.920A>G), located in coding exon 1 of the ZNF469 gene, results from an A to G substitution at nucleotide position 920. The histidine at codon 307 is replaced by arginine, an amino acid with highly similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be tolerated by in silico analysis. Since supporting evidence is limited at this time, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
