NM_001277115.2(DNAH11):c.9183G>T (p.Gln3061His) was classified as Uncertain significance for Primary ciliary dyskinesia by Ambry Genetics, citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.Q3061H variant (also known as c.9183G>T), located in coding exon 56 of the DNAH11 gene, results from a G to T substitution at nucleotide position 9183. The glutamine at codon 3061 is replaced by histidine, an amino acid with highly similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be tolerated by in silico analysis. Since supporting evidence is limited at this time, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
