Uncertain significance for Cardiovascular phenotype; Hereditary cancer-predisposing syndrome — the classification assigned by Ambry Genetics to NM_006767.4(LZTR1):c.610A>G (p.Thr204Ala), citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.T204A variant (also known as c.610A>G), located in coding exon 7 of the LZTR1 gene, results from an A to G substitution at nucleotide position 610. The threonine at codon 204 is replaced by alanine, an amino acid with similar properties. This amino acid position is highly conserved in available vertebrate species. In addition, the in silico prediction for this alteration is inconclusive. Since supporting evidence is limited at this time, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
