Uncertain significance for Inborn genetic diseases — the classification assigned by Ambry Genetics to NM_001184.4(ATR):c.5800G>T (p.Ala1934Ser), citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.A1934S variant (also known as c.5800G>T), located in coding exon 34 of the ATR gene, results from a G to T substitution at nucleotide position 5800. The alanine at codon 1934 is replaced by serine, an amino acid with similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, the in silico prediction for this alteration is inconclusive. Since supporting evidence is limited at this time, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
