Submitter rationale: The p.K382I variant (also known as c.1145A>T), located in coding exon 10 of the TP53 gene, results from an A to T substitution at nucleotide position 1145. The lysine at codon 382 is replaced by isoleucine, an amino acid with dissimilar properties. This variant is reported to have partially functional transactivation in yeast based assays (Kato S et al.
