Pathogenic for Short stature and advanced bone age, with or without early-onset osteoarthritis and/or osteochondritis dissecans; Short stature — the classification assigned by Department of Endocrinology and Genetics, Fuzhou Children’s Hospital of Fujian Medical University to Single allele: A monozygotic 3.1-year-old Chinese male, presented with a chief complaint of short stature at our clinic. He was delivered at 36 weeks and four days of gestation with a birth weight of 1.5kg (-4.09SD) and a birth length of 42.0 cm (-2.98SD). After birth, he could not reach milestones for his age. There was also midface hypoplasia, frontal bossing, flat nasal bridge, low-set ears, short neck, and low height (-3.18SD).The height of his father was 172 .0cm (-0.11SD), and his mother was 149.0cm (-2.15SD), his aunt was 148.0 cm (-2.33SD) in height.
