Uncertain significance for Inborn genetic diseases — the classification assigned by Ambry Genetics to NM_001754.5(RUNX1):c.278A>G (p.Asp93Gly), citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.D93G variant (also known as c.278A>G), located in coding exon 3 of the RUNX1 gene, results from an A to G substitution at nucleotide position 278. The aspartic acid at codon 93 is replaced by glycine, an amino acid with similar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be deleterious by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
