This sequence change replaces alanine with glutamic acid at codon 2811 of the ADGRV1 protein (p.Ala2811Glu). The alanine residue is weakly conserved and there is a moderate physicochemical difference between alanine and glutamic acid. This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with ADGRV1-related conditions.
