Submitter rationale: Experimental studies and prediction algorithms are not available or were not evaluated, and the functional significance of this variant is currently unknown. This sequence change replaces serine with glycine at codon 35206 of the TTN protein (p.Ser35206Gly). There is a small physicochemical difference between serine and glycine.
