Pathogenic — the classification assigned by Labcorp Genetics (formerly Invitae), Labcorp to NC_000003.11:g.(?_189692327)_(189692494_?)del, citing Invitae Variant Classification Sherloc (09022015): For these reasons, this variant has been classified as Pathogenic. This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals with P3H2-related conditions. This variant is a gross deletion of the genomic region encompassing exon(s) 9 of the P3H2 gene. This deletion is out-of-frame, and is expected to create a premature translational stop signal and result in an absent or disrupted protein product. Loss-of-function variants in P3H2 are known to be pathogenic (PMID: 24172257, 25469533).
