NC_000004.11:g.(?_493125)_(2065854_?)del was classified as Pathogenic by Labcorp Genetics (formerly Invitae), Labcorp, citing Invitae Variant Classification Sherloc (09022015): A gross deletion of the genomic region encompassing the full coding sequence of the PDE6B gene has been identified. Loss-of-function variants in PDE6B are known to be pathogenic (PMID: 8394174, 8595886, 22334370). The boundaries of this event are unknown as they extend beyond the assayed region for this gene and therefore may encompass additional genes. A similar copy number variant has been observed in individual(s) with autosomal recessive PDE6B-related conditions (PMID: 29074561). For these reasons, this variant has been classified as Pathogenic.
