Pathogenic — the classification assigned by Labcorp Genetics (formerly Invitae), Labcorp to NM_003906.5(MCM3AP):c.1106_1107del (p.Ser369fs), citing Invitae Variant Classification Sherloc (09022015): This variant is not present in population databases (ExAC no frequency). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals with MCM3AP-related conditions. For these reasons, this variant has been classified as Pathogenic. This sequence change creates a premature translational stop signal (p.Ser369Cysfs*4) in the MCM3AP gene. It is expected to result in an absent or disrupted protein product. Loss-of-function variants in MCM3AP are known to be pathogenic (PMID: 28633435).
