Submitter rationale: This sequence change replaces asparagine, which is neutral and polar, with serine, which is neutral and polar, at codon 1774 of the BRCA1 protein (p.Asn1774Ser). This variant is not present in population databases (gnomAD no frequency). This missense change has been observed in individual(s) with breast and/or ovarian cancer (PMID: 29470806).
