Uncertain significance — the classification assigned by Ambry Genetics to NM_003803.4(MYOM1):c.89A>T (p.Gln30Leu), citing Ambry Variant Classification Scheme 2023: The p.Q30L variant (also known as c.89A>T), located in coding exon 1 of the MYOM1 gene, results from an A to T substitution at nucleotide position 89. The glutamine at codon 30 is replaced by leucine, an amino acid with dissimilar properties. This amino acid position is conserved. In addition, this alteration is predicted to be tolerated by in silico analysis. Based on the available evidence, the clinical significance of this variant remains unclear.
